5 years ago the digital arm of United Way of Greater Los Angeles was non-existent. A rotating door of marketing leadership and staff with equally limited resources created no direction and left many opportunities on the table. Ultimately, overcoming the hurdle was simple, take a brand that has been in the region for decades and leverage it as an impactful leader in the homeless community while creating an appeal to fundraise amongst a new generation of advocates and allies.
